CIVIL WAR CAMP LIFE

Saturday, May 18th 10:00 am to 4:30 pm

Visitors will find a period encampment with tents, busy soldiers and civilians in period dress.  The public will get a first-hand experience of, how soldiers cooked, drilled, carried out mail call, pay call, medical practice, fired weapons, slept, communicated with other units and home, plus see how soldiers spent their leisure time in camp.  Watch history come alive while taking an informative guided tour.   Witness the various activities that made a camp noteworthy.

 So mark the day and make a point to stop by and absorb it all in, with Free Admission!
